Teen Counseling & Mental Health Support in Minnesota
Helping Teens Feel Seen, Supported, and Strong
Adolescence can be overwhelming—for teens and the adults who love them. Our teen therapy services offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where young people can talk about real issues, build coping tools, and discover who they’re becoming.
At Transformational Therapy Services (TTS), we support teens ages 12–18 with individual therapy, family sessions, trauma-informed care, and neurodivergent-affirming approaches. Whether your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, ADHD, or school stress, we’re here to help.
In-person in Rockford, MN + statewide telehealth available.
It Takes a Village to Raise a Child, and It Takes a Village to Support a Family.
Many people may not immediately consider including mental health support in their community, but just as we prioritize our children’s physical well-being, their mental and emotional health is equally important. That’s why we offer counseling services for individuals, couples, teens, and families to help you and your loved ones achieve the healthiest version of yourselves.
Our support includes counseling for ADHD, depression, mental health, substance use, relational concerns, and youth who are LGBTQIA+ or questioning. We believe everyone should have access to care, so our services are available both in person and online.

Therapy For Teens

Individual Care
Youth today are facing more stressors than ever before – having a trusted source to speak with to help give tools, to process life events, and who can assess for substance use, other mental health concerns and more. Having a source of support outside the family can help youth open up in different ways…

Relationship Work
Teens don’t come with an instruction manual – so if you are feeling out of your depth, disconnected, or overwhelmed- we can help! Getting support for yourself as a parent is vital, and relational work can help, too!

Parent And Youth Group
We will be offering parenting support groups to help you navigate the specific needs your parenting journey online. At various points in the year we will also be offering different support groups for teens – please check our GROUPS page for current and upcoming group information.
