Meet Karrie – Trauma-Informed Therapist for Children, Teens, and Families

Are you or your child struggling with the impact of trauma, anxiety, or overwhelming emotions? Karrie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping children, adolescents, and families heal, grow, and thrive—even after difficult life experiences.

With years of clinical experience, Karrie uses a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Animal-Assisted Therapy. Her work helps clients release stored trauma, improve emotional regulation, and build stronger connections.

We offer counseling sessions via telehealth and in person in Rockford, MN. We are here to meet you where you are. If you are curious about how online therapy could benefit you, get in touch. We are licensed to practice therapy in the state of Minnesota and therefore can only offer online therapy for clients who reside in the state.
