With years of clinical experience, Karrie uses a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Animal-Assisted Therapy. Her work helps clients release stored trauma, improve emotional regulation, and build stronger connections.
