Jess Perry

Clinical Social Worker

Jess Perry (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a deep understanding of and commitment to working with complex humans of all kinds, in all stages of life.

Jess has both deep expertise and lived experience supporting neurodiverse people, neurocomplex households, non-traditional relationships, and queer and gender-expansive folks in the therapy space. Much of her work centers people who present in high-masking or non-typical ways — late-identified Autistic and AuDHD adults, neurodivergent parents navigating demanding seasons of life, and queer, trans, and gender-expansive people building a life on their own terms. She has specialized expertise in the PDA profile (Pathological Demand Avoidance / Pervasive Drive for Autonomy) and is fully affirming of all relationship structures, including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, kink, and chosen family.

Jess holds an MSW from Arizona State University and has been licensed since 2018, bringing experience across community-based, juvenile justice, school-based, and private practice settings. Her approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based frameworks.

Outside of her clinical work, Jess is a toddler mom, avid home cook, amateur cut flower gardener, and favorite human to two orange cats and one goldendoodle. She loves listening to books, consuming three beverages at a time, and has always just sat her phone down somewhere else when she needs it.
