Dr. Kelley provides therapy and psychological assessment services for individuals ages 16 and older, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. She specializes in working with older adolescents and adults navigating trauma, substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), and other complex life challenges.

With many years of experience as a Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (MN BBHT) Board-Approved Supervisor, Dr. Kelley is passionate about mentoring clinicians and supporting their professional growth. She brings that same thoughtful, encouraging approach into her work with clients, helping them build insight, resilience, and confidence as they move toward meaningful change.

Clients often describe Dr. Kelley as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. She believes healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Her approach is collaborative, balancing compassion, honesty, and moments of humor when appropriate, while creating a space where clients can explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

Dr. Kelley offers both in-person and telehealth appointments and is currently available Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We offer counseling sessions via telehealth and in person in Rockford, MN. We are here to meet you where you are. If you are curious about how online therapy could benefit you, get in touch. We are licensed to practice therapy in the state of Minnesota and therefore can only offer online therapy for clients who reside in the state.
