Anna Ellis

Therapist | Individual Counseling | Co-Occurring Disorders & Recovery Support

Hi, I’m Anna—and I’m glad you’re here.

I provide therapy from a person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused perspective, integrating evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relational approaches. I believe that no matter what you were born into—or what you’ve lived through—healing and growth are possible. The process isn’t always linear, and it can feel messy or overwhelming at times, but meaningful change can happen with the right support and a plan that fits you.

I work best with individuals who are willing to show up with honesty and curiosity, even if they’re unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy—what matters most is a willingness to engage, take small steps forward, and stay connected to the process. Together, we’ll build clarity, strengthen coping skills, and work toward the life you want to create.

My clinical background includes supporting individuals navigating co-occurring disorders, chemical dependency, and general mental health concerns. I genuinely value hearing people’s stories and walking alongside them as they move through difficult seasons. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is witnessing clients reconnect with their strengths, rebuild hope, and find a renewed sense of purpose and direction.

I strive to create a space that is nonjudgmental, supportive, and compassionate. While therapy often includes serious topics, I also believe there is room for humor, warmth, and lightness along the way. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and encouraged—every step of the journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. We love being outdoors, spending time with our pets, and traveling whenever we can to explore new places and make new memories.
