Aaron Elliott

Supporting teens and adults with trauma, mental health, addiction, and more

My name is Aaron Elliott, I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, social anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and substance use/addiction either in person or via telehealth. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and free from judgment—a place where you can explore your experiences honestly and begin moving toward meaningful, lasting change.

I have a strong clinical focus on addiction and recovery, and I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches to support clients in building sustainable change. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), systematic desensitization (exposure-based interventions), and grounding techniques. I take an individualized approach to care, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will identify what works best for you and tailor a plan that aligns with your goals, strengths, and values.

I am especially passionate about helping clients develop practical tools, deeper insight, and a stronger sense of self. Whether you are working through addiction, managing anxiety, or navigating life transitions, I focus on helping you build skills that extend beyond sessions and into your everyday life.

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is witnessing growth over time—seeing clients gain confidence, increase resilience, and begin to feel more grounded and empowered in their lives. I place a high value on the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment where real progress can happen. Change is possible, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own, it would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey!
