Uzoma Omeoga
Teen and Adult Addiction, Trauma, and Mental Health Practitioner
Uzoma (she/her) knew from a young age that she wanted to be in the
profession of helping others. Throughout her career, she has worked with
several populations such as at-risk youth, families facing homelessness, and
those suffering from addiction. She is driven by her passion to help others
heal and believes that everyone can heal if given the proper support.
Uzoma’s therapeutic approach is client centered as she believes that the
client is the expert in their life. She empowers the individuals that she serves
and not only advocates for them but also gives them the tools needed for
them to advocate for themselves.
Uzoma is empathetic, compassionate and brings a little bit of laughter into
her practice. She enjoys working with teens and young adults as she has
found that early intervention and support can help them overcome
challenges. She creates a safe space where her clients can be their authentic
selves.
